If you were to look up Jennifer Esposito on imdb you’d find an entertainment career that started back in 1995. This talented, beautiful woman has been entertaining us for a lot of years on both the big screen and on television. Whether cast in a dramatic roll or a comedy she always managed to hit the right notes!
What you might not know is that during that time she was also battling an undiagnosed autoimmune disease called Celiac that made every day a challenge. Despite her illness, Jennifer continued to look for ways to help those around her struggling with the same diagnoses as they learned that their bodies could not tolerate gluten, grains, soy, dairy, sugar, seeds, nuts or nightshades to mention a few foods that all of us reach for on a regular basis!
She was up for the challenge and Jennifer’s Way Bakery was born at 263E 10th St. New York, New York! This is definitely a place where the whole team works daily to bring people the most yummy treats you could ever imagine and can feel safe to eat! Good news is it won’t cost you a trip to NYC to try the deliciousness, you can now order select bakery items online.
The bakery’s Facebook page shares almost daily antics from the shop and yes you’ll see Jennifer in there, relaxed and playful as she encourages her employees to share with the camera their thoughts of the day.
Great photos from Jennifer’s personal and work life also populate the feed – we’re big fans of her latest TV show roll on NCIS!
We wish Jennifer continued success and encourage you to buy a copy of her book to learn more about Celiac and what you can do to live a happy and healthy life.
